Inside Window Cleaning- cleaning the glass and wiping up any drips that may get on the sills

Outside Window Cleaning- Cleaning the glass. It also includes removing the screens, wiping them down and putting them back in the window after cleaning.

Window Tracks- This is cleaning the track where the window slides. This can be added on with an inside window cleaning but is an additional service/charge. We offer this separately instead of automatically raising the inside window price to include it because many customers do not want the additional service.

Skylights- We offer both inside and outside cleaning of skylights. This includes cleaning the glass (or plexiglass). We do offer skylight frame cleaning as well if you have moss or algae build up on the frames.

Solar Panels- We offer solar panel cleaning. These are cleaned with a water fed pole/soft brush and rinsed off after cleaning. Regular solar panel cleaning helps remove dirt and pollen build up and helps them to be maintain their efficiency.

Interior Glass- We also offer interior glass cleaning which includes but is not limited to mirrors, French Doors, cabinet glass etc.

Gutter Debris Removal- This is the removal of larger debris, sticks, leaves etc. that can clog your gutters. Gutters are cleaned by hand into buckets. This does not remove the layer of silt in the bottom of the gutters as this does not impact the function of the gutters. A debris removal also includes making sure downspouts are clear of clogs from the gutters to the ground. Underground clogs are outside of our scope of work but if any are detected we will let you know right away.

Exterior Gutter Scrub- This is scrubbing the outside of the gutters to remove any grime, lichen etc that can make the gutters look dirty or dingy.

Gutter Caulking- if you have leaking seams or corners, we offer gutter caulking for repairs. If you are in need of more extensive gutter repairs that are outside of our scope of work, we are happy to give you a referral to a local family owned gutter repair company.

Gutter Guard Cleaning- If you have gutter guards, gutter screens or gutter foam they do need to be cleaned to remove the pine needle and silt build up.

BLOWING/SWEEPING: Some roofs just need a good sweeping and blowing to remove dirt, debris and pine needles.

CHEMICAL TREATMENT: Even newer roofs should be treated with zinc sulfate to ward off the growth of moss.

ROOF SCRUBBING: If your roof requires scrubbing, we start by applying a zinc sulfate moss treatment and allowing that to sit for 3-4 weeks to start killing the moss. We then come back to scrub the roof with brushes to remove the moss. We follow this up with a post treatment of mosskill to help prevent re-growth within the first year.

PICKING: Shake/shingle roofs can require manual picking for moss removal.

We do NOT pressure wash roofs due to the damage this can cause..
